Jill Adams possesses 20 years of experience in Human Resources Management, working as a leader and generalist in all areas of Human Resources, including Fortune 500 and 100 companies. In addition she has consulted in strategic initiatives for businesses in the areas of Telework, and Remote work to both the public and private sector.

Her experience includes working in corporate environments (centralized and de-centralized environments with up to 20,000 employees), virtual settings, consulting, hospitality, entertainment, sports, telecommunications, and manufacturing industries with a strong customer service focus, telecommuting, legal compliance, performance management, training and leadership development initiatives, high and low volume recruiting strategies, and overall business strategies with an emphasis on execution of outlined initiatives.

She has been featured in various publications, providing Human Resources advice and best practices, as well as other providing general business advice to readers on various topics. Throughout the course of her career she has earned performance based awards, and been recognized for contributions made to various organizations for aligning Human Resources strategies to operational strategies with successful results. She actively contributes her expertise, volunteers for not-for-profit organizations, and participates in various Chamber of Commerce committees.

Brandon Dempsey is a Human Resources, Remote Work, and Business Continuity professional. He is one of the nation’s leading presenters on Telecommuting and Business Continuity dedicating over 250 hours each year to educating audiences in both public and private seminars.

Brandon was the co-founder of SuiteCommute, a Telecommuting Consulting firm. He has spent the past 5 years developing custom training programs and workshops for government agencies, small companies, and Fortune 500 organizaitons. His Remote Work workshops have helped front line employees, senior managers, and global audiences discover more efficient ways to manage and work remotely.

In addition to helping with Remote Work, Brandon has also launched a Business Continuity practice and in 2009 built the Business Continuity, Bio-terrorism, and H1N1 plans for Illinois’ 92 public health departments.
